Dr. Joelle Frangie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University, where she first set her sights on becoming a psychologist. She went on to earn a master’s degree and then a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. During her graduate training experiences, Dr. Frangie developed a passion for neuropsychological assessment while serving the Detroit metro population. She continues to utilize evidence-based perspectives to inform her assessment methods, while also prioritizing a personable approach toward each client she works with. In addition to providing a wide range of psychological assessment services, Dr. Frangie’s clinical experiences include treatment of various mental health and substance use disorders in a county jail, a college counseling center, and in private practice. She also takes pride in her ability to provide services in Arabic as needed.
